    MX3640 Confirm Message

I have an MX3640 that asks you to confirm you want to proceed after every page is scanned when copying or scanning, this as you can imagine is driving the users up the wall having to confirm after every page. I have looked on the Sharp tech page and it says to turn off 'original count mode' and also 'blank page skip'.
Would anyone have any idea where to find these settings, I did try to get the user to do a factory reset as I believe this would cure it but they are worried about having to enter all of their scan details again, I tred talking them through how to back it up and reload it after but I was talking to a wall.

Off the top of my head, I think these settings are in Settings > Operational Settings > Initial Original Count, and Settings > Device Control > Original Feeding Mode > Blank Page Skip.

These should be accessible from the machine, but definitely from the web manager.
