[Misc] Sharp 6201n Black Developer Problem

I have been dealing with an issue of a customer on their sharp 6201n. Their black developer is not lasting as long as it should in that I have changed it 3 times in past year. I am no expert with sharp machines at all and I am not sure if the developer unit itself is bad or maybe a sensor. If anyopne has any past similar expereince with this issue please lend a hand in my direction..

Have you replaced the DV unit? Where are the consumables at? When you say bad...? Error code, CQ?

Sorry, Copy quality. So I'm guessing you are seeing a white band on the dv unit magnetic roller? Sounds like you may have a foreign object material in the DV unit, that keeps coming back on you. I would order the whole unit and DV material. (developer)

I would change Drum and Maintenance kit as well. If drum is shorting out, it will pull developer. I'd lean that way first.
