MX-C312 Sharpdesk

First, I do not like Sharpdesk, but customer does.

I had to reinstall Sharpdesk and it will not detect the copier. I have tried to add manually, but I get error Add failed (0x82150211) The only thing I got through Google searches was the changing the HTTPS settings, which did not work. Does anyone have other ideas?

Any help appreciated.

Did you try to install it with all firewall and anti-virus turned off?

The firewall and anti-virus fixed the issue. I should have known better.

I had already tried the HTTPS, with no luck.
