To enter the sim mode for the MX-C400 it is stop-logout-stop-logout
I am sure the 200 is similar[

try this, this is from a post(Aficio SP C242SF reset admin password) for the ricoh sp c242 which is the dx-c200. This will reset the printer to factory default.
From the info in the post it appears the only way to reset. but you need to know the default admin password if you need to turn password back on.



The "Reseller Default" menu can be entered directly at power-on. If you want to enter
this mode directly, try the following procedure.

• Turn on the machine while pressing the "Copy" key.
