MX-753 DP jamming SPPD2 code

The document processor is jamming. So it doesn't jam all the time sometimes it passes 100 to 200 pages through. 242 jams SPPD_2, SPPD_1. I have swapped SPPD 1,2,3,4 and 5. Called tech support they suggested replacing the driver board and the DSPF control board. Also changed the flag sensor that is in tech tip MFP-TB-552 on sharps web site, no change. tried all the drive clutches off another unit, no change. The DP has 1,529,837 pages on it. Please any info would be great. Thanks.

Have you gone into simulation mode and turned on aging and then just ran pages through the machine to see if the pages are crashing into each other in the document feeder?

Yes I did try that. Thank you fro the input! anything will help at this point. Customer is getting frustrated.
