    Sharp Color Registration

OK I suppose I've been fortunate to this point, mean that all color registration problems I've had to date, have been easy to deal with. Remedied with a SIM 50-22 (auto adj)

However I have a MX6500 that keeps giving me a "DATA_SUB_K_F_2nd" error. What is that you may ask? Well so did I, so looking in manual it clearly states that this code means "Data not determined"

    That should clear it up....NOT

So moving on to SIM 50-20, manual color registration......

YIKES....not even sure what I am suppose to be doing here, the following is directly from the manual. Its as if they used a random word generator to come up with this...
Adjust the most high density position of the check patterns in
order to be stayed in the color registration adjustment standard
    frame of center.
(Adjust the center of the most high density position to scale 0)
To make the whole shift small averagely and to adjust the shift
    of each pattern equally.
Exsample) In case if the pattern 1 is adjust to the scale 0, the
image of pattern 2 shift to opposite direction.

If anyone can shed any light on how this adjustment is to be done, I would be forever grateful. Equally grateful for any assist on the error code DATA_SUB_K_F_2nd

    Thank you.

You need to do a color calibration from the beginning to the end and order to take care of that

If the full color calibration schedule does not work then change the following

Sim 50-10 change A to the default value

Sim 50-20 Change all of the color settings to the default value

Rerun sim 50-22 and adjust accordingly.

        Question....

50-22 is early in the calibration process. Firmware done, registration from all feed stations complete, then 50-22 fails. Do I continue on with the calibration process?
