    [Misc] MX-3100 Noise issue

So this makes no sense to me, I'm hoping for some insight...
MX-3100 makes a rattling noise, sounds like its coming from the middle back. I haven't torn the machine apart yet, didn't have time today. Here's the weird part: it ONLY makes the rattling noise when printing from a computer. never when making copies, never from internal prints. I thought maybe it was a specific drawer, so I tried running copies off all 3 drawers. No rattle. I asked her to print again... and there is a very prominent rattle. It's the same mechanics regardless of print or copy... I'm baffled.

    Ideas?

Is it happening for both color and B/W? Maybe the primary transfer belt lift for color has a problem.
