[Misc] Sharp MX-363 Admin Password

I have an Sharp MX-363 copier that a customer changed the Admin password and forgot what he changed it to. Is there any way to reset the password. This machine does not have Test Command 24-30 or 24-31. Thanks for your help

There is a dip switch on the main board that has to be turned on before the sim will show up.

How big is the dip switch and where on the main board is it located. I can't locate the dip switch. Thanks for your help

ok so on the control board, the board with the nic that the fax plugs into, Dip switch 1. It is very tiny. you put that up (with machine off,) power on, and run sim 24-30. power off and put the dip switch back down. It will default it back. If this machine has data security, you are pretty much out of luck. Or call sharp.
