Installed pcl 6 print driver only recognizes top 2 trays in windows it sees all 4 on printer webpage any help thanks dave

Try printer properties/configuration tab/auto configuration.

Do a full installation by running the 'setup.exe' from the file. I assume you might be installing it by 'Add a Printer' ?

you can manually select your printer options in the configuration tab, when auto config doesn't work. if manul config doesn't work, delete and reinstall driver.
