PC Fax on a Mac

My sales manager is insistent that Sharp has the ability to PC fax from a Mac. I have not been able to find anything that supports his theroy. Have any of you fine upstanding people of the copier world come across this magic program? Has my sales manager finally flipped his lid? Have I fallin' into an alternate reality where Mac's are now the computer on the masses?

I don't know about all Sharps but in the MX2640 manual under fax, sending a fax directly from a computer it states that is function only works on windows PC.

You didn't mention a model number.

Overall, though, most vendors do not offer faxing from a Mac desktop.

There are very few that I have ever seen.

Easy enough to verify. Just go to Sharp's site, and search the downloads. AFAIK, every manufacturer posts all their drivers, although I could be wrong.
