Sharp MX M356n TA Error indicated

Hello everyone,

I serviced this machine and changed Developer, drum and blade, and cleared the counter for each of those,about a week after, the customer calls to report this TA code,

I think is the PM interval alert, however I lack the SM for this model and I'm trying to find out the way to cancel this alert
Any opinion is welcomed, thankyou guys.

Sim 24 clears the maintenance code. Also clear the Developer and Drum counters while you are there. The fuser and transfer belt will also throw maintenance codes, so check those counters too.

Hi. I memory serves me right. It is sim 24.4 TA is maintenance all but you have to execute all of them individually.

Manual also show paper feed rollers to be changed at the 100K interval so they would need to be reset also.

Paper feed rollers do not set off the TA code. Do not reset paper feed counters unless they are changed.
