I had a Sharp MX 3100 delivered today and it started jamming just before and into the fuser. The fuser checked out OK but when I checked out the secondary transfer belt on the door to make sure it didn't walk off by turning it on its rollers. I closed the door and it worked fine. I have seen these belts walk off before. Is it the belt or the assembly or is it a common problem..... Any light you can shed would be a great help... Thanks so much !!

Usually it is the assembly that gets out of alignment and we generally change the whole secondary transfer unitComment
