M3070N first page color, rest of file only black

Customer says, 1st page prints color, but rest of the file prints all black. Never heard of this before, planning to remote in and install the most current driver and perhaps install a PS to see if makes a difference.

Any other suggestions would be great.

Are they printing an email? Seems like a corrupt file.

I have 2 separate customers printing the same type of Excel workbook. Here is the scenario: printing entire workbook with multiple sheets or tabs all in color from Microsoft Excel.

PCL and PS Drivers print first page in color, the rest in b/w

PPD Driver prints all sheets in color!

No not from email. its an Excel Workbook with multiple sheets in color (graphs). Printing to their HP Color LaserJet works fine, its only when printing to Sharp MX3070 that only the first page prints in color.
