Do I have to change the whole fuser unit? or I can get the cleaning roller by itself?

The cleaning roller is a small metal roller in front of the lower fuser roller. If you have a MX-310YU1, that has one in the box.

take the fuser cleaning roller out and throw it in the trash but I don't think that is your problem.
