Update firmware. That's the first step. You may not need to actually repair or replace anything

Yes I've replaced them several times. If you take your time it's not too bad. It's just easy to break things if you're not really careful.

I wasn't being a prick. I was saying that if you don't know what you're doing then it's easy to make an expensive mistake. Besides that I can work on anything, I just happen to be certified on sharp equipment. I also work on canon, Konica, lanternier, etc... hell I wasn't even suggesting he call a sharp tech, but rather anyone that knows what the f@ck they are doing.
