I hope someone has seen this and knows a remedy. I have an MX2615n that has on a couple of occasions caused a message to appear on the users computers that says "printer in error mode". This is occurring on more than one of their computers and prints do not print. Turning unit off then back on remedied issue on both occasions. I've turned off snmp in network services setting thinking it mat be a misinterpreted signal from machine, and waiting to see if problem persists. I should mention that message does not come up on their only XP computer but prints still don't print.
