[Misc] Strange icon issue

Hi Copytekkers...

I've got a bit of a strange issue on a Sharp MX5112.

We've got a few of these machines out and have never seen this issue before...the MFP screen intermittently loses its icons, meaning there is only a black screen with white text. A reboot typically resolves the issue.

So far we have redone FW, cloned another 5112 and reset ram,hdd. The only option left is the SD card, but not sure if thats ******* in the wind

Any help would be appreciated

i've had the same problem i did what u did. i went into the web interface and redid it. it is working for now did it 2 days ago. will let you know
