Got a customer that gets the code in the morning, ether coming out of sleep or from a cold start. After a power cycle all is well for the rest of the day. Is the most likely cause a dirty white patch/ dirty optics?

check the patch on the right side of the IT belt. see if it has something on it. also check the sensor above it clean them off.
sounds to me that it goes into the code when it does it self checks. -

Update.... CCD was the problem, I replaced the entire optics tray.Comment
