I have a customer who recently acquired several MX-5112N machines from a leasing company who are going out of business.
All of them appear to be in good working order after a service, however there is one that will not enter the service menu - it shows the "Please Wait" dialogue box and will not go any further.
I have tried to format the HDD from the simulation menu, which succeeded but did not solve the issue.
Has anyone else come across this issue?
