    Sharp MX-5112N "Please Wait" on settings menu

    I have a customer who recently acquired several MX-5112N machines from a leasing company who are going out of business.

    All of them appear to be in good working order after a service, however there is one that will not enter the service menu - it shows the "Please Wait" dialogue box and will not go any further.

    I have tried to format the HDD from the simulation menu, which succeeded but did not solve the issue.

    Has anyone else come across this issue?

    We recently had this issue on another model and had to order a new sd card, which took care of the problem.
