    Newbie Question no. 2

Is there a way to know if and when a sharp mfp been have a maintenance code for TA or CA in it? or at least to know if the machine has gone a complete PM? and another thing.. is there any website or manual of simulation codes about the meaning and what it does around?

    1. i know is when the total counts of prints in sim are different from the one we saw in total count on admin tool.

sorry to bother everyone, as a newbie in this industry.

A maintenance count can be reset even when it hasn't actually been done.
