Sharp mx-3100n dropping print jobs when in power save

I know this has been addressed in older posts, I've searched but can't seem to find it. I'm dealing with an issue where the customer sends a print job and the Sharp MX-3100n blinks then drops the job when in power save mode. The firmware is current, MFP has no authorization codes, the power save and preheat modes are set at least 15 minutes apart and no fax kit. A little help would be appreciated.

    Thank you in advance,

Is your printerport protocol set to RAW or LPR?

If its set to RAW, set it to LPR (queue name: lp)

I had this issue last week and changed the power management to fast wakeup and that took care of my problem.
It is nice to know another solution.
