[Misc] MX M365N Doc Feed Setup question

    Good afternoon..

Got my 1st experience with setting up one of these creatures today.. Some features I really like, some.... "Meh".

Anyway... I noticed that when you're in "Copy Mode", the ADF tray raises as soon as the originals are set in place. Is there a way to "De- Select" that, and the tray would raise after the start button is pressed? I only ask because the user manual didn't seem to have a section on it, and all the print testing was done via USB so I wasn't able to log into the Network User Interface to check there.

    Thanks in advance....

Why would you want to disable that? I can see no benefit in that.

Some customers just prefer it that way.

I like to have as much in my bag of tricks as I can.

I have 300 clients I've never had a single one of them ask that. And as far as I know there's no way to do that on a sharp machine

I'm guessing they would want to do that so that they could put stacks of paper in from different files. The best suggestion I have for you then is to use the job build option which would allow you to scan in several sets of pages while keeping them separated and having them all saved as one PDF file
