    MX-5001 Cyan DV Missing

The cyan Developer disappeared, No trace of it in the machine, process unit or waste toner! Has anyone encountered this Before?

    What A Monday

...sounds like you've been robbed by the "Machine is down for parts in the field, but I don't want to order any new ones" Fairy!

The thicker seals on the waste toner boxes definitely help,(a lot less toner on top of the dev units) along with the updated charge units/drum units. I only see dev pull on very low volume color or old machines like mx2300 that has none of these updates.

cyan dev on the 50 ppm sharps is more common.. it cl;osest to the balck dev which is always dusting. grids get dirty and it suck out dev .. clean er up .. put in charge kits and dev and it should work
