Toner drops during recycling.
I noticed that at the hole of the toner tank (where toner drops from drum unit) there is a lot of toner ,whice means toner tank does not pull it in normally.
Any idea how to fix it?

This is a gravity fed waste toner system. Check to see if the waste toner collection part of your toner cartridge is full (pretty common issue). If using non OEM toners and drums there is sometimes a mismatch in drum units and toner cartridges that will also cause this.

The toner not mixed with developer, you need to set OEM toner

You are most probably using a non OEM Toner. Has Happened to me.
