    MX 6200N Color Registration Issues

    I have a Color registration problem on this machine. It's been about 8yrs since I've seen this particular model. Looking in the Service manual it appears there is a jig to calibrate registration and density which I do not have. I've gone through the Service Manual and attempted to manually adjust the out of alignment colors in Sim 50 and the sub codes. I ran out of time yesterday to complete the alignment to correct the issue.

    Has anyone had to deal with this problem and can I manually get it to line up, Or do I need the Jig to fix the issue ? Thanks !

      Have you checked the main gear on the Primary Transfer belt? It may be cracked causing the color misalignment, I would start there first, it was very common on this box. After replacement sim 50-22, choose all. The jig just adjusts density
