MX2610 Faint Prints/Copies

I have a MX2610 which has really faint colour copies , prints and pcl test charts.
It has been fully serviced and calibrated with new drums , charges and devs, removed and cleaned laser slit glasses and removed and cleaned and reseated hv board.Any advice welcome.

I am working on a similar but intermittant problem on a 465. It did not seem to be any of the hv stuff. When I pulled and replaced the lsu the problem went away for about a month. When I replaced the lsu the problem went away for about a month. This week I am replacing the lsu mother pwb. On mine it seems that removing and reinstalling the lsu mother pwb clears it for a bit. I have the same problem at MX-3110.
All new, nothing works.

Hotline says: Clean the color image density sensor & the gray field inside !!!

It works.

The density sensors on the dev units. And what's the grey field ??

Thank you ,

But as the picture is a gif i cant read what it says its too small.

Where is the colour sensor located and the grey field. are they on the dev un its or is it the 2 sensors on the back of the machine inside or the 2 (mono and colour ) registration sensors.

do adjustment 3 from the adjustment section of the service manual, this adjusts the registration/process control sensors for the transfer belt.
