[Error Code] Replace the toner catridge in MX-M754N

Hi ,

I have a SHARP mx-m754n machine , which was showing the replace toner even though there was toner in ( above 75%). I had replaced with new one (MX-754FT) and same day with in 10 k print jobs again same issue. Next day i had replaced another toner and with in a span of time it dropped down from 100 % to 50 % . Then i decided to replace New DV tank and PCU PWB.

I have replaced the new Developer tank and PCU PWB . I was trying to use the same 50 % used toner with in 10 prints it came to 25 % . I am really wondering what is going on in my machine.

I would look at toner hopper, these mfp's you can change toner on the fly(mfp does not stop when toner cart is empty). toner sensors are in toner hopper. also when machine is first setup, after 25-2, you must let machine run in toner replenish mode to fill up toner hopper.
