FXX2 fax issues- memory full,job cancel msg on 4101N???

I got this 4101N that all works fine besides the fax, I already swapped another known working FXX2 fax onto it - but still doesn't work.

When trying to send a fax the machine gives this message:
"The memory becomes full"
"The job was cancelled"
"Wait for the end of communication
or use another method for resend"

How do I fix this ? This is the first fax issue ever had with the Sharp MX line

We have had this issue with two different mx machines and clearing the fax image data worked on both.

Check if memory is installed properly. I had one machine with memory installed in wrong slot!!!

Run SIM 66-10 and update mfp firmware. There is a fix in latest firmware to resolve that problem. I have the latest firmware if you need it.
