I have seen this 3 times, all three resolved with the SCN pwb replacement.

Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!

I just had a nonresponsive screen on a MX2616. I had trouble getting into sims but when i did i ran sim 65-1 to readjust the touch screen then did a firmware upgrade. That worked for about a week then the problem came back so i just replaced the whole ops panel. Has been fine since then.

The Home button (to the right of the touchscreen) have been known to lock machine op panels. I have also seen a few lock up with the first gen wifi pwbs plugged in....

Thanks for the info . I also ran sim 65-1 and firmware but the problem is intermittent so I guess an op panel may be in my future.
