MX-4111N Jams Pod 2 & 2

Hi Guys,
I have one that will jam every time as it tries to exit on the right side output. Customer complained about duplex jams, but if I just run "output" to the right side, it jams right before the exit forks. I tried replaced the sensor on the "exit unit" that sits above the fuser.

The jams are: POD_N (This is the most common one.) POD3_S, POD2_S

Any ideas?

I had a duplex reverse motor sometimes spin the wrong way causing this same jam code.

Did you clean delivery rollers?
