    [Jamming] machine not registering jams...

why would a machine not register a jam code if you purposely cause it to jam?... the MFP board was replaced... everything on the old board was moved to the new board...all seemed ok until they called for jamming...when we ran the 23-2 jam history, we discovered that the date/time now had the wrong date, but it was still registering jams...went into system settings and corrected the date issue, but when we forced a jam so we could check the jam history to make sure the date changed, it didn't register any additional jams...recycled the machine and then went back to check that the date change stayed...yes it did, but it would not register any further jamming after that...what am I missing?...shouldn't the jam register if you open the front door to stop the paper?

What is the original jam code? Most Sharps from what I've seen don't register jams if you open a door.

Did you adjust simulation 26-35 for all?

Will not register a jam if it is caused by an interlock opening.

Check what the original jam code was and post it.
