Sharp MX5141 Home Key Harness Part number needed

I am trying to locate the part number for the harness that connects to the HOME KEY PWB on a Sharp MX5141. One of our techs broke it and the plug so now I have to replace the harness and Im having trouble finding the harness number. Any help would be appriciated. Thanks.

Yikes.... Is it a flat ribbon cable, or a standard wiring harness? How many pins?

It is not a ribbon cable. It is a small plug in type and has 5-6 pins that plugs into the home key pwb sharp part number cpwbn2075fce1. Has brown blue and gray wires if I remember right.

Looks like it would be CN3 on the SCN CNT PWB. The parts manual isn't clear, as you have stated. You may have to call sharp, and have one of the guys help you. Are you a sharp dealer?

I worked for a Sharp dealer for 10 years and now work for a reseller. I have idnc access but not hotline support. It sucks.

Has the home key stopped working?

This could be caused by static charge damaging the home key PWB.

See attached bulletin.
