    MX-354N Keeps blank copies

    Working on this MX-M354N original problem was it wouldn't boot up freeze at the sharp screen and restart, so I put in a new SD card now it boots up and will print and copy but everything that comes out is blank any ideas? Thanks

      first thing might be to re-flash the firmware...

          I know the firmware is up to date but i guess it wouldn't hurt to flash it again. I'll give it a go

                  reseat as many connectors as possible...check to see if the drum or transfer has an image...maybe there's a problem with the MC assy shorting...Blown fuse?...CDC test ok?...
