Sharp (Toshiba) e-Studio 150, dead, shows "d" in display...

    Hey Guys,

I sold this machine new to this customer. There is no "d" code in the manual, but I pulled all the logic connectors and plugged them back in. I suspect this to be either a defective Power Supply or Logic board. Anybody have any experience with this? Or maybe some used parts I could use?

    Thanks in advance,
    OC

I think that "d" mean download.
On sharp when you enter sim49-01 on display is "d" and machine waiting for firmware.

That's a rebranded AR168. Could it maybe need a drum?

Thanks, but I can't even get into simulations to see if I can reset anything. The machine is totally unresponsive other than the d in the display.

So, no one has replaced Main or PS for this?
