[Misc] MX-5111 Scans scans skewed

We have a MX-5111 that has scans skewed enough to be noticeable. This happens on the scan to e-mail function when either the ADF or the platen glass is used. The interesting thing is copies are not skewed on ADF or platen glass. Any help is appreciated

never seen that off glass on a 5111.. but ....pull up hard on the front left corner while scanning .. perhaps the scanning table has been bent down?
