MX-M565N with SPPD2_S and SPPD3_N jams

I am having an ongoing issue with this copier's ADF. The jam is usually SPPD3_N with SPPD2_S thrown in every 5th jam it seems.

The paper seems to get hung up right before the SPPD3 sensor. I think it sounds like the paper is hitting something between the top door guide and the lower guide.

I have replaced DF feed rollers and SPPD2 and SPPD3 sensors.

I have cleaned the transport rollers and they still seem to have treads.

I added one wrap to the spring for the SPPD 3 actuator and I placed some mylars from one guide to the next.

It seems seems to jam for me every 4 to 5 sheets.

Try running doc feed test with misfeed disabled.
