[Error Code] Sharp mx-c381 Error Code - Simulation Mode

    Hi There,

Iam totally new at this forum so I want to say "Hello" first of all... =)

So I have a sharp mx-c381 with the error code L04-03 and I have already found out whats the error code about.
My Problem is, that I cant get into the simulation mode to reset the Error because I dont know the "Key-Order". I have already checked the manual but I cant find something about this issue. So maybe someone can help me with this?
I also have tried to press the P,*,C* but it didnt work...the error code shows up all the time when I start the machine and I cant do some copie stuff etc.

I would be very glad If someone can help me and knows what to do.

    Greetings

Re: Sharp mx-c381 Error Code - Simulation Mode

        Hello again,

I now can enter the simulation mode and the error means L04-03. So I shout check/simulate the Mfp - Feed Output check.
So maybe someone can help me with the abbreviations...

        I allready checked:

        RRM - OK
        CPFM - OK
        CPUC1 - Ok
        POMF - Ok
        CPFC - OK
        MPFS - OK
        POMR - OK
        HLPCS - OK

With "OK" I mean I hear something clicking/Motor spinning...

Only two things are not running/ok -> FUM and CLUM1
So maybe someone can help me with the codes...or what else I can do. I have also already checkt the Fuses in the Back of the Machine.

        Thank you!

Use Sim6-1 to check the operation of the fusing motor.
          Replace the fusing motor.
Check connection of the connector and the harness.

            Thanks for the answer!

I have also found that instruction and I have already checkt the Motor and the connection. The motor opment is okay, and there are 24V at the pin even when Iam not simulating the "FUM" (I think its the Fusing Motor)

So is there any way to check the PCU PWB?
