I have replace several boards on a sharp mx-m365 and lost all meter count , I know what the meter should be , but went to enter the simulation that I have used on sharp for the last few years for this reason and it doesn't work on this model can somebody help me out please?

Sharp has taken away the ability to program the counts. Did you transfer over the EEPROM chip from old PWB to new one,for that is where the counts are stored
