Sharp MX-FNX9 Finisher Installed on a MX-4101 Color

I've got an error code FPDD_S relates to a Punch Unit with Finisher. There is no Punch Unit. The Stalls occur when the last sheet of paper exits into the receiving tray or, more often, stalls occur just before Bundle Exit Paper Transport Roller. The unfortunate is that this occurs intermittently, making it difficult to trouble shoot. Tried changing the Paper Exit Sensor with no luck. Machine is very sound and has been working fine up to this point. I am certain that it is the finisher and not the machine.

Anyone see this happen before? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you. I'll try changing the sensor. I'm not sure how I missed that according to the code that was coming up for me.

I changed out three sensors with no luck. I could never see any arm sticking but re-cleaned and used a special spray, checked the system again - it worked fine. Go Figure.

        I appreciated the input.

Was this issue resolved for good?

Have a similar situation with sensors on order
