for MX-4112 it is MX-510MK

Yes the MX31MK will fit a mx4112 but the MX51MK is cheaper and fits the older machines

Yes they will but be aware the mx510 has a comb on the cleaner blade to dispate the waste toner but the mx310 hasn't

The MX310mk will fit but their is a difference in the grid and can cause problems of over toning and pulling dev so my advice would be not to use
