Who's got access to Sharp technical page?

Is there somebody who's got access to Sharp OEM technical page? I have this Sharp ARM207 machine in my shop and
I need to see if there's a svc bulletin or firmware to address the no-feed from tray 1 problem, (the tray 1 clutch doesn't turn because the solenoid never fires up), I have done all mechanical and electrical tests, the machine works OK from all other trays, ADF and duplex, print etc. and I'm hoping to find something in the Sharp OEM page. Thankyou for your help. by the way I have many manuals and firmware (most brands) to exchange if you need it.

PS. I don't want you to grant me access, all I want you is to check if there's something about it,

    my mail is
    rapidocument@gmail.com

    Thanks !

    Jaime.

Is it possible to swap connectors of the solenoids? I realize machine will jam, but you will be able to determine if solenoid that is not firing is good or bad.

I already did, also tried a working solenoid from a similar machine and it doesnt move at all.
swapped connectors and it didn't energized in this case it was the registration solenoid which is phisically equal.

Probably MCU PWB is bad. I have one those machines sitting in my boneyard with that exact problem. As suggested test the solenoid and then switch connectors with tray two. If solenoid fires, board is bad.
