    F2-72 F2-73 on MX3060

    Hello,


    We are getting some F2-72 and F2-73 errors on the mx3060/5070 series machines.


    Anyone else has this problem?


    Original Sharp toners are used.


    All of the sudden, they are giving these codes...

      we've seen an increase in defective OEM toner from Sharp...works for a while then suddenly kicks a code...no rhyme or reason...

          these are coming with the dev in from factory .. during setup are you running 25-2? if so DONT!!
          this is advice direct from Sharp
          Also were the toners well shaken?
          I fix copiers ...Well Sorta

              Look closely at the openings in the developer units & make sure the clear seals have been removed. This happened to us.
              I don't think re running 25-02 with no toner ever added would cause an issue it would just repeat a step.
