[Error Code] Sharp mx-3640 call for service F2-40

Hello All, Your assistance in helping me resolve this error would be highly appreciated. Sharp MX-3640 showing "Call for service F2-40" this is a brand new copier. The toner cartridges were opened and installed first, and it was switched on without any developer in it. The user proceeded to install the developer and still the message was showing "Call for service F2-40" What can I do to resolve this? What sim can I run to clear the error? Or is the developer messed up due to toner mixing up in the developer?
    Please kindly assist.

add new black developer in developer unit. remove the black toner cartridge from machine and power on the machine then go to simulation and do the auto adjustment of developer black.

You may have to replace all the developer. Remove all toner cartridges, run 25-2, and full calibration.

Remove the toner carts and run SIM 25-1. Look at the reading for K, it should be 110 to 130. If it is lower, you have too much toner in the dv unit, you can attempt to recover by doing skyshots. If it is very high, you have too little toner in the machine. Check the toner feed tubes on the rear frame, these clog quite frequently on this family of machines.

Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!
