    silly question for sharp mfp

    hi everyone
this might be a silly question, does sharp have any sort of application that allows me to manage all sharp copiers via internet my company has out on the field,

say for example, changing settings, copier gives me notification on machine errors, machine jams, adf jams, upcoming services like the life span of a drum, developer etc, Data Backup. It would be awesome if i could access all the settings of a sharp copier Via Internet.

I know they have SRDM(SHARP REMOTE DEVICE MANAGEMENT) but that only works internally through the network.

    any help would be appreciated

sounds like you are looking for a " Managed Print System" software ... remote access .. errors/supply levels ect

Use a program like FM Audit or something that is in your control. Using MICAS gives Sharp access to your customers!
