[Error Code] Sharp 4111 drum calibration code HELP PLS

I HAVE A MX4111 i am trying to do a 50-22 calibration on. when i do it i get a code sensor calibration F 04 and it wont calibrate
pls help checked all the sensors DV unites , IT belt and gear and drums. also did firmwear

do any of u awsome people have idea thx for the help.

check the drive gear on the back of the Primary Transfer unit...clean the sensors above the belt as well...

did that first. there are no sensors above the it belt. bit i did clean the reg sensors that read the bk and c patches on the it belt.

FIXED did 44-13Purpose Adjustment/Setup
Function (Purpose) Used to perform the color image sensor
(image registration sensor F) calibration

used the calibration jig all working well

did that first. there are no sensors above the it belt. bit i did clean the reg sensors that read the bk and c patches on the it belt.

There are two sensors behind the belt actually on the back frame of the machine, one on the right and one on the left. Also check all your drums for cleanliness, you may need to clean the process units. I have seen where this issue has happened quite often and have even seen where both drums, MK's and developer had to be changed before.

Hi...i think It can be a physical failure with the machine or it can be a registration issue like Dave mentioned. However the user accessible adjustments are all ran every 50-100 copies automatically so if it's off bad enough to be noticeable it's probably going to require a registration adjustment on the Service side if that's the issue.

Also check the gear that drives your primary transfer belt. That screw comes loose and the gear eventually breaks. There should be ZERO play when you manually turn the gear.
