I am getting an E6-11 Code on this machine. I have replaced DSPF control board with new board from Sharp. I have cleaned the DSPF CCD and have executed shading adjustment with no errors. The DSPF scanner illuminates when testing but E6-11 continues to display after reboot. Single sided copying and scanning is still functional but no 2 sided is available. I have the 0300 firmware installed. Any help would be appreciated.

What is the part number of the shading test chart you used to do the shading adjustment for the ADF ?

Very strange. If you are able to do a shading adjustment then that means that ccd , flat cable must be good. If I remember correctly when the shading adjustment is done the information is stored on the eeprom on the scanner control pwb.
Maybe the eeprom has a problem and does not hold onto the shading information when you come out of simulation mode or the scanner control pwb has a problem.

There is a white sheet that the copier uses for self adjustment.
If there is a problem with that you will probable get this service code.
When you use the simulation it does not give the error, but when you reboot the machine it is using the white sheet for a self adjustment.Comment
