This is what manual states.
Trouble detection PCU
Cause Detects abnormal input voltage
Check & Remedy Check the connection of the AC monitor PWB,
harness, connector.
Check the PCU PWB and replace if necessary. Good luck, haven't seen this one.

check the ac wire going from the ac power supply to the ac monitor pwb i had one come loose and it was rubbing against one of the dv motors on the bottom right of the machine on the back and was arcing. you could see the burn marks on the motor
