sharp mx2600n service code E7-60

I first got emergency update. updated firmware and now I get the code e7-60. I have other parts machine and cant seem to get the code to go away. any help would be nice. Replaced harddrive and same problem. Thanks

sounds dumb but i hand a problem like that once. it turned out the wrong fuser was installed. its a long shot thou

You might also consider reseating, cleaning or replacing the memory (DDR2) on the MFPC. We've had success sometimes doing that...

i tried 4 different boards and different hard drives. all the boards came from mx600n copiers. this just does not make since.
