Sharp AR207 Won't Duplex

Has anyone had any problems with Sharp AR207
not duplexing (paper stops in exit area and dosn't reverse)
I have run successfully sim09 sub 01 and 02. I have checked paper sensors in sim30 and found no problems. Anyone have any ideas??

Solved my own problem-The paper drawers setting were
set to 11 X 17, therefore it would not duplex an 8 1/2 X
11. Reset trays back to 8 1/2 x 11 and duplex works fine
now. Oops, Thanks all
