    MX-M453n puking dev

I have had Sharp thrust upon me because of the KonMin aquisition of Pitney Bowes Canada.
I am having an ongoing issue with an MX-M453n where the dev is being dumped out the rear of the dev unit. I have replaced drum, dev and charge unit and still having the problem. Is this a commom issue with this model?
I have ordered a new dev unit and process unit hoping that will solve this. Am I on the right track?
    Thanks

That mess could be comming from the drum unit possibly. I never had a developer unit leak unless the lid was not on properly. I have had a few times when the drum seals and mylars from the charge kit were installed improperly and made a huge mess in rear of mackine.

Also make sure the machine is level.

I replaced dev unit and process unit and it is no longer dumping. Thanks for the suggestions.

I will bet that the problem was coming from a scratched drum, process unit ill bet process unit did not need replaced. More than likely just the drum and MK

I know this problem is now resolved but, it was almost certainly caused by a bad process unit.

After installing all the new dev and process units did you run the correct calibrations in simulation mode?
